Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within [e.g., 1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please review the total shipping cost carefully before completing your purchase.

  • United Kingdom: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on your location and the weight of your items. Please check the final shipping cost in your cart at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to various destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will also be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on your selected destination.

Customs and Import Duties Please note that for international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fast Trading LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your shipment's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within [e.g., 10] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sell@power-forge.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
