Intelligent Wind Charging with Integrated Protection

The iSTA-BREEZE® I/HCC Pro Charge Controller is designed to safely and efficiently manage battery charging from compatible wind generators. Built for professional wind energy systems, this controller helps protect the battery, turbine and overall system through intelligent monitoring, controlled braking and integrated safety functions.

This device is not a hybrid charge controller, but it can be integrated into a properly configured hybrid energy system when used with a suitable battery setup and compatible system components. A separate solar charge controller and wind charge controller may be connected in parallel to the same battery bank when correctly designed and installed.


Designed for Safe and Efficient Battery Charging

The I/HCC Pro controller monitors system voltage and manages the wind generator to prevent excessive charging. When the battery is full or the system reaches the defined voltage limit, the turbine is gently braked using an external dump load system.

This controlled braking process helps avoid immediate turbine blocking, reduces stress on the generator and supports a longer service life for the stator and system components.

Generator On / Off Switch
