Premium Helical Wind Engineering with Powerful System Flexibility

The Heli 4.0 is a premium heli wind generator designed for reliable, long-term energy generation with a robust and professional-grade construction. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can be prepared for 48V battery charging or for on-grid feed-in with a suitable wind grid-tie inverter.

With its large helical rotor design, durable nacelle structure and advanced bearing system, the Heli 4.0 delivers a strong balance of performance, stability and long service life.


Engineered for Strength and Long-Term Reliability

The Heli 4.0 is equipped with an additional azimuth bearing system designed to support smooth movement and stable operation. This double-bearing plain bearing construction includes grease nipples for relubrication, helping to support long-term durability and reduced mechanical wear.

The rotor blades and nacelle cover are manufactured and finished using a hand lamination process, ensuring a strong, carefully crafted structure with a premium-quality finish.
