The Heli 4.0 is a high-performance helical wind generator developed for reliable, long-term energy production. Its large helical rotor, robust generator construction and advanced mechanical design provide stable operation for demanding wind energy applications.
Depending on the selected configuration, the Heli 4.0 can be prepared for 48V off-grid battery charging or on-grid energy feed-in when combined with a suitable wind grid-tie inverter.
The Heli 4.0 features an additional azimuth bearing system designed to support smooth movement and mechanical stability. The double-bearing construction includes grease nipples for relubrication, helping reduce mechanical wear and support long-term operation.
The rotor blades and nacelle cover are manufactured using a hand lamination process, providing a strong and carefully finished structure designed for durability.
