The iSTA-BREEZE® I/HCC Pro Wind Charge Controller is designed for safe battery charging from compatible wind generators in 24V or 48V systems. It monitors system voltage and controls the turbine to help protect the battery, generator and connected components.
This is a dedicated wind charge controller, not a hybrid controller. However, a separate solar charge controller may be connected to the same battery bank when the complete system is correctly designed.
When the battery reaches full charge or the defined voltage limit, excess energy is directed to an external dump load and the turbine is braked in a controlled manner. This helps reduce stress on the generator and supports reliable long-term operation.
This version is intended for standard battery systems.
For lithium batteries, please select the appropriate Lithium version or contact us before ordering. Lithium systems often require individual settings based on the battery specifications. These values must be provided so that we can configure the charge controller using our special software.
