Compact Mast System for Wind Generator Installation

The 15 kg Mast Tower & Accessories range is designed to provide a stable and practical mounting solution for compatible wind generators, including selected iSTA-BREEZE® models and other suitable branded wind generators.

With a load capacity of up to 15 kg, this mast system offers a compact structure, practical handling and accessory options for improved compatibility, reduced vibration and easier maintenance.

Practical Folding Mechanism

The mast tower features a practical folding system that allows the tower to be lowered for maintenance or inspection. By loosening only a few screws, the mast can be folded down, making service work more accessible without fully dismantling the installation.

The mast can be extended by a maximum of 2 metres and must be secured with suitable wire ropes for safe and stable operation.

Available Selection Options

Depending on the selected variation, you may receive one of the following components:

• 15 kg mast tower, 4 metre
• 1 metre extension part for 15 kg mast
• Adapter for Air-Speed
• Adapter for models before 2025
• Vibration damper only
• Tilting mechanism base plate

Vibration Damper

The vibration damper is designed to reduce structure-borne noise transmitted from the wind generator into the mast. Installed between the wind turbine and mast, it helps reduce vibration transfer and supports quieter, smoother operation.

The vibration damper is compatible with selected iSTA-BREEZE® wind turbines and suitable wind generators from other brands, including:

• i-500
• L-500

Its retrofit design allows the damper to be installed between the mast and wind turbine and secured with the appropriate screws.

Air-Speed Adapter

The Air-Speed adapter is required when operating an Air-Speed wind generator with this mast system. This adapter allows the Air-Speed turbine to be used with the 15 kg tower and, if selected, combined with the vibration damper for reduced vibration transfer.

Adapter for Models Before 2025

This adapter is only required for wind turbines purchased before 2025 with a plug-in connection. Newer wind turbine models are equipped with a flange connection and do not require this adapter.
