The thermally optimised generator housing features heat-dissipating grooves designed to improve cooling and reduce thermal load during operation. Generously dimensioned generator components further support reliability and long service life, including operation under higher ambient temperatures.
The generator shaft uses permanently lubricated, robust stainless-steel deep-groove ball bearings, supporting smooth rotation and low-maintenance operation.
The Heli series support structure also incorporates azimuth swivel bearings, allowing the turbine to align with changing wind direction while maintaining mechanical stability.
